Renata Dixon is the President and Sharon Dixon Peay is the Secretary/ Treasurer
of Dixon & Company Affiliated Inc. As Officers of the Corporation, Renata and Sharon have overall
responsible for each client account and will call on the resources available to
the company for the benefit of the client, as needed. The principals focus
on quality assessment and control and relationship development. Dixon & Company
hires additional staff, as necessary, to meet production commitments.
W. Renata Dixon
graduated from
the Loomis Chaffee School in Windsor, Connecticut and has a BS in Accounting
from Georgetown University in
Washington, DC. Her extensive accounting and financial management career began
at Ernst & Young, and she continued her training in accounting while in the
insurance industry. She has responsibility for management and accounting. Key
areas of proficiency are in evaluating, auditing and reviewing the financial
condition of going concerns. She has managed the financial records of non-profits at various
stages of their growth and development and is considered a reliable resource for
non-profit accounting. She is particularly experienced in providing timely and
accurate information for non-profit boards and executives as staff and resource
change, diminish or evolve.

Sharon Dixon Peay
graduated from the Westledge School in Simsbury, CT and has a BA in Economics from Yale University.
She has a 25-year financial
management career including experience in banking, insurance, state government,
and bookkeeping services. Sharon has proven skill in helping not-for-profit
entities and business owners create and improve their financial management
operations Sharon is also a trainer and speaker as well as an experience tax preparation
professional and an E-Filer with the federal Internal Revenue Service. In all
these areas, she has developed considerable skill in audit, data verification
and compliance review as well as financial administration, debt management and
investment management. She has a strong customer service orientation and has
developed an effective and logical, decisive approach to problem solving.

of Public Administration Program at University of Hartford.
