These principals focus on quality assessment and control and relationship development. Principals have primary responsibility for client accounts and calls on the resources available to the company or hires additional staff, as necessary, to meet production commitments.

W. Renata Dixon

W.Renata Dixon  graduated from the Loomis Chaffee School in Windsor, CT and earned a BS/BA in Accounting from Georgetown University in Washington, DC . Her extensive accounting and financial management career began at Ernst & Young. She continued her training in accounting while working in accounting and collections for 12 years in the insurance industry. She has responsibility for management accounting system development, and  expert oversight of all the bookkeeping and accounting functions at Dixon & Company.   Key areas of proficiency are in evaluating, auditing and reviewing the financial condition of going concerns, especially not-for-profit entities. She has managed the books of not-for-profit entities at various stages of their growth and development and is considered a reliable resource for not-for-profit accounting and financial management. She is particularly experienced in providing timely and accurate information for not-for-profit boards and executive directors as staff and resource change, diminish or evolve.

Sharon Dixon Peay

Sharon Dixon Peay  graduated from Westledge School in Simsbury, CT, received a BA in Economics from Yale University and a Masters’ of Public Administration Program at University of Hartford. She has several years experience in banking, insurance, and state government.  Her extensive career included bookkeeping services and helping business owners create financial systems   and training business and individuals in financial management.  Sharon also has considerable skill in financial administration, debt management and investment management as well as data verification, documentation and compliance review. She has a strong customer service orientation and, has a logical and decisive approach to developing and implementing effective financial management tools including employee training programs, and procedure and operational manuals.   Sharon has been a board member for non-for-profit service organizations throughout her career.

Sharon is the firm’s tax preparation professional and E-file provider with the Internal Revenue Service. After retiring in 2013,Sharon is available for consultation and program administration.

Willie Dixon Peay

Willie Dixon Peay  is a bookkeeping and accounting professional with experience in several industries including construction, manufacturing, and the arts. He has taken direct responsibility for clients, primarily in civic and community organizations that provide wide range of services including accounts payable, account receivable and general ledger reporting.  . He has experience as a lead liaison with client auditors on annual financial and compliance audits. , Willie is also skilled in writing and communications and has participated in developing training materials for  Dixon & Company  clients. Willie is skilled in internal controls and reconciliation. Willie has experience with federal tax reporting and payroll management. Willie serves as a board member for non-for-profit service organizations.    After pursuing a degree in the arts, Willie is completing a degree in Finance and Management.

Mark Kronewitter

Dixon & Company’s   Bookkeeping and Administrative Specialist,  Mark Kronewitter,  has over 30 years of experience in administration, marketing and consulting.  Mark  has significant experience in administration, marketing, sales and consulting.  He has exhibited a passion for training and has been an important part of the customer service team at Dixon. Mark hails from Indiana and has held several key management positions with national technical and sales organizations over the past 30 years.  Mark is skilled in Quickbooks and reconciliation and has experience with federal tax reporting and payroll management.  Mark has a Batchelors of Science in Biology and Master of Business Administration from George Washington University.

Ashley M. Graves

Dixon & Company’s   Administrative and Program Manager,  Ashley M. Graves,  has in program administration, website management, marketing, and sales.   She has exhibited a passion for research training and has been an important part of the customer service team at Dixon. Ashley is skilled in Microsoft Office products and has experience with designing and maintaining websites.  Ashley has a Batchelors of Arts in Biology and English from Williams College in Massachusetts.
